THE DOCTOR OF THE LEGAL SCIENCES

Head of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Medical Law and Bioethics. She conducts research and didactics in the field of public international law, European Union law, medical law, bioethics and international human rights law.

Organizer and co-organizer of numerous scientific conferences. She closely cooperates with the Lower Silesian Chamber of Medicine and caregivers of medical law circles in Poland. Multiple speaker at international and national medical, bioethical and legal conferences. Scholarship holder of the Italian government in 2002-2003.

She is a member of the Appeal Bioethical Commission at the Minister of Health and the European Association of Health Law (EAHL). As a reviewer, she cooperates with “Medical Wokanda” a legal and medical journal published by the Supreme Medical Council.

The author of the “Medical experiment on the human body in international and European law” monograph published in 2004. She prepares opinions and expert opinions in the field of medical law for medical institutions and websites. Co-editor of the second volume of the Medical Law System “Special medical services”.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Since 2013, she has been managing the Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław in cooperation with the Medical Faculty of Postgraduate Education at the Medical University of Wroclaw.

She cooperates with the Malicki and Partners Advocate Comapny on scientific, didactic, training and practical projects.

In his free time, which, unfortunately, she does not have much, she cooks for family and friends, makes up her reading arrears, catches her breath in the mountains and relaxes, listening to classical music.
